Goals for the first sixty days as Sheriff:

• Contact neighborhood associations and stakeholders to gather opinions:
• What has been done right?
• What has been done wrong?
• How can we improve it?
• Empower the officers to do their job effectively.
• Define future operational needs to propose to adjust the budget as necessary:
• Implement a transition team to hit the ground running
• Self inventory across the board
• What's working and what is not
• What needs to be improved?
• Open door policy:
• Constant contact with the County employees
• Meet and greet with stakeholders and community leaders
• Build a relationship with other agencies in the Clark Co metro area, as well as the state and federal level
